All four of your chips are Seymour coded and they are fairly common. The PW-PW Swastica probably has the most value not so much to collectors but to Neo Naz types who sometimes will pay a premium. It is interesting to note that the Swastica design was used on the inlaid chips before Hitler adopted the design. It is a Hopi Inian "Good Luck" design.
The PW-SJ STAR and the PW-KE Maltese Cross were also made before Germany used the Blue Max and Maltese design. They are all Value "D" $4 to $5 but in that condition and this economy, good luck with that. Bottom right is PW-JH TRIUMPH. The chips will clean up a bit with Bon Ami. If you got a letter from the Antique store saying that they came from Brown's or any place, that would be only good to determine that they came from that Antiques store. Sorry but here say will count as history. I hope that helps.
