It can be spun any way you want and still comes back to censorship.

Let me say that I agree with the political posts being a little too much especially this week.
I believe some in this thread are making way too much about them.
But I would not condone censorship in any way.

If we start censoring it will never stop. Every week someone will be calling someone down for a non-chip related post.

I forget what year we started here, I think 1999 for me. Its been a real trip without any censoring.
