I feel the exact same way, Jay! But it seems that some people just can't help themselves & have to post their political crap. For some reason they think it is going to change something, when in fact all it does for the most part is cause bitterness between people. And turn off quite a few people on here, including the one who is now trying to save The Chip Board for us. If for no other reason, people need to stop making political posts in respect to his wishes. Because if Brian quits, none of those making the posts are going to step up to take his place! You can bet on that.

I'm also not going along with the people who say to just not open the posts. Even if you do that you still have to scroll though LONG threads trying to find a post you do want to open.

One last thing...Maintaining The Chip Board is a TREMENDOUS amount of work. Greg did it because he loved doing it. Brian had it dropped in his lap more or less because he had the computer know how to do it. And he has done it because of his friendship with Greg, friends he has in the hobby & a desire to keep this board going for everyone. But if he keeps getting turned off with all of the politcal posts & quits, then you won't have to worry about censorship or anything else. Everyone can just look for somewhere else to post.
