True, but we have so many other topics that are NCR you can't always tell which topics are political. Maybe along with NCR we need to have POL so everyone knows it's a political subject. The only problem is that using POL might just encourage people to post political topics and we might then be flooded with POL posts. To me censorship means deleting the posts and being forced to stop discussing something. For instance, we already censor profanity and spam. Agreeing to limit talks on a certain subject means everyone can still have the opportunity to post if they feel they need to. In the past we all have agreed to not post political topics but every few months they pop up again. We just need these occasional reminders that we are supposed to be posting chip or casino topics.
