I rarely have anything to say on this board except to ask a question, answer a question, or thank, compliment or praise someone. If I have any political comments I make them privately with the person through email. Just my choice. But after reading this board since just before the Presidential election I have formed an opinion of some of the people in this club that cause me to wonder if I belong in this club. I will not be attending the convention again, have not returned my club renewal fees and am seriously considering dropping out of the club. The irony is that the people who most offend me are some of the oldest members of this club and work hard to promote it's growth. I personally don't think I want to be associated with people who express so much hatred, have such racist views and are so misinformed about the world around.
Now go ahead and prove my point with your comments. I am a big boy I can take it. I just don't think it helps to promote this hobby or promote the good will and friendships that will sustain this club.
