My first passion is chipping, my second is whisky - particularly scotch. I was offered a shot at a limited bottling from the Arran distillery and the name jumped out at me. Its the Arran Peacock expression. We've lost some good friends this last year so I'm tipping a dram to a friend who I miss. Here's to you Aaron!
