Just saw a news banner that said American Troop deaths doubled in Afghanistan (No didd't read the article)
But I do wonder
A) What happened here in regards to winding down the war that was discussed. Seems to be getting worse?

B) Why is it that now since we have a Democrat in office and we always knew the majority of the media is slanted to the left that we don't hear daily casualty numbers like during the Bush years.
It's hardly mentioned in the news compared to then where we had daily updates not so long ago
