Beautiful little town with a lot of antiques shops, restaurants and hotels. I recommend the San Simeon Pines Motel. Quaint little place with a mini 9 hole golf course, shuffle board, and croquet. It is located just across from the ocean. You can walk down to the tide pools. Great place! The hotel is half way between SF and LA.
