Most of our gassed structures are 4-story...
Roma (plum) is my choice since I make my own sauce in a peasant manner, flame roasted, prior to hitting the oil and crushed cloves. As far as the Burpee Big Boy-types I grew up north (what Publix calls "ugly Tomatoes")... it's the same down here; hit and miss -- at $1.79 lb no matter where you go... even on the side of the road.
Chicken... I don't touch anything other than Perdue, and the smallest I can find.
Most of my local fish I buy dockside... and it's only Walmart that I trust with Chilean Sea Bass (toothfish)... When they bring it it it's only $15.89 lb. compared to $30 every place else. How they do it, I don't know... Their Atlantic Salmon is under $10 as well... and it's all gone within a few minutes... They're just good at whatever they do.
