as to relating to anything. Looks like something anyone could print up and put what they want into the frame!

Here is a scan of a set of 24 different disks (all foil hot-stamped) that I have. Note that 15 of them are in the eBay offering. Note also that 7 of the items in the eBay offering are of a different card (perhaps even plastic) stock, and they don't equal 8, which would appear to be the number per sheet in this manufacturing process.

Anyway, my only point is, the stuff in the frame, while interesting, probably is more a hodge-podge of round disks than it is something worthy of having a CoA.
