Ok so I'm new too selling on EBAY. Simply put I sold a Desert Inn cover. The scan you see below. Today I received note from the buyer in the asterisk's below.

First, I am not going to squabble about the $7 it sold however I think I am entitled to getting the cover back? Secondly, I will not debate the difference between a "matchbook" and a "matchcover" with the seller when the scan you below as in the listing is clearly a flattened cover with no staples.
Thirdly, the listing header say's "casino matchcover" the item description say's "casino matchcover"

**************Hi - I am so sorry to say that the matchbook arrived -- unstruck - but no matches!To me -- and to Ebay - unstruck means never been used. So where are the matched. In a million years it wouldn't have occurred to me to ask you if there were matches. I have many many DI match covers - all unstruck - ALL with all the matched. I called Ebay. They said I should let you know and that it's OK for me to ask for you to refund my paypal account for the item and for the shipping. Please don't hesitate to contact me.******************
