If your magazine doesn't arrive in that month, e-mail the Membership Officer at membership@ccgtcc.com . If I happen to be the membership officer, I will request that you wait another week; if it hasn't arrived in that week, contact me & I'll send you one.

Wouldnt it just be easier to say "Wait until one week into the next month and then email me"
