Albert, the chips were sold at the Convention
In Response To: Seen this Halloween chip and need info please... ()

Back in 2002 for $1.00 or $2.00. They were used as a discount chip at the website old Vegas Chips website.

This was back in the day when the Rizzo's (Pete & Chantal) would attend the convention as dealers.
