You cannot sign up for the banquet at the convention. Banquet is ONLY a preregistration event.

Since registration does not open till Thursday to those not pre-registered, there is no way to resister for any events until then at the convention.

My advice, always prerigister if you plan on attending and that makes sure you have everything you need.
