None of the chips I am offering for sale are KNOWN uncirculated. I have some $1 chips from two casinos that I picked up at the cage in 2008 during the convention. I was told by Bally's and Paris casino personnel that they were uncirculated. I'm not going to tell you a chip is uncirculated to sell you a chip unless I know it for a fact. I have some chips I purchased from other individuals that bought them from a "new issue" dealer as uncirculated; but I will not identify them as uncirculated.
