Those were Restaurant, bars and Night Club. Very well known in the "era", BUT NO GAMBLING EXISTED IN ANY OF THEM. There were very few free standing casinos (bars, night clubs, etc.), like the Sans Souci, Montmartre, etc., at that time, most casinos at the time were part of a Hotel. Keep looking there are some beautiful glasses from that set which did have gambling.
