~~~ who still can't count past 10 w/o taking off their boots... or can't even speak proper English, for that matter... Where were they when the Italians, Germans, Dutch; French and Spanish came over and learned English...!!!

...and let's not forget the First Nations who took it upon themselves to learn the language of the visiting Europeans...
