A few months ago my husband ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg, I ordered an egg McMuffin. The kid rang up 2 Sausage McMuffins...I said no, one is an egg McMuffin...he changed the second sandwich to a sausage McMuffin, minus sausage, plus Canadian bacon...and charged extra for the Canadian bacon!!
A manager finally got the order straightened out.
When we drove away, what was in the bag? 2 Sausage McMuffins with egg, and one bacon, egg and cheese bagel...sighhhhh..... 
A couple of weeks later we went to the same McD's, got the same cashier. Obviously he'd gained some experience, and the order went smoothly...
