You have made a great contribution to our hobby and I, for one learned most of what I know from you (and of course Gene Trimble). Prices are very much a factor of supply and demand and as I've found painfully, once thought to be rare chips become common with a find of a box or two of long lost chips.

I remember finding the Orr's Kentucky chips and how long that took only to see them now for sale by the box on e-Bay. Same goes for the Lookout House "Lighthouse" chips.

YOu are providing a wonderfull service to the hobby and let me know wnhen you are ready tp tackle an update. We Kentucky boys probably can find some more "initial" chips that we can claim to be from old clubs aka the RBP, Royal Blue Palace chips.
