I show the chip from my condition to give you an idea of the actual color. I'm pretty sure the cjhip on the left will clean up great. However, who would even want to alter the original state of the chip. There are some on this board that have said that they would not buy a chip that they know have been cleaned. Obviously that makes my cleaned chip worth less since less buyers in an auction can only mean lower prices. Now others have said that cleaning a chip adds no value. So, based on those two statements, the chip on the left is the more valuable chip.

Therefore the question of whether orn the chip on the left will clean up as well is moot.

BTW, I may have used different scanners as I've had the chip on the right for years.
