Doesn't it bug you when people advertize the sale of a chip for some incredible low amount only to find out it's the opening bid of an auction and not a sale?
Well, it it doesn't bother you, then------ "Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!, I'm giving away this chip for the incredible low price of 5 cents. Just Incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I've show an altered example (on the right) of the same chip from my collection. The winning bidder gets the original chip in all its history.
