Unless I'm misunderstanding your statements, that's not quite how comp offers work. Your wins or losses don't matter to the casino marketing folks - it's strictly your past play history which indicates an expected future play history. When I was flying to Vegas once a month in 1999-2000 to play the French roulette wheel at the Paris, I took home between $1000 and $4000 of the casino's money on 11 out of 12 trips. During that time frame, the comp offers kept getting better. They went from free rooms, to full RFB, to full RFB in a petite suite, to full RFB and heavyweight fight tickets, to full RFB and cash on arrival (not free play or match play chips - cash to use any way I wanted). They wanted me back there so they'd have a shot at winning some of their money back! That was fun!
