My bet is on the Grand Victoria as the loser. The place is a dump. I hate to even go there since they have had only one rack of chips including roulettes in all the time they have been open. There is no comparison to Argosy as far as cleanliness, friendly dealers, etc. They are also 20 minutes farther South of Cincinatti than Argosy. Which would you go to?
