I see The Gaming Table on p. 75 calls it "Mold: PLAIN Crest and Seal." Whatever. Right or wrong, anyone who had the chip and looked it up in The Gaming Table would know that it was the same chip and would know it was from the "Toledo, Ohio, (opened 1920, closed yes)" place cited there. Good old TGT.
