I never use feedback as a means of evaluating how someone does business. By holding merchandise until the payment is clear is the best protection that feedback cannot control.

There have been some thieves who have done legitamate business in order to get a good feedback rating, only to list merchandise that was not even in existence, get paid for it, then fly south to enjoy some Caribbean sunshine.
