Do you think that one retaliatory negative on that record is going to bother anybody you might do business with on Ebay. Plus if this person retaliates you will have the oppotunity to post a response explaining it as retaliatory.

If people are afraid to give negs then the feedback rating you are protecting is worthless anyway.
