For a great book about Skinny D'Amato and the 500 Club, check out the "The Last Good Time", subtitled Skinny D'Amato, The Notorious 500 Club, and the Rise and Fall of Atlantic City. The author is Jonathan Van Meter. It's a very interesting read. Much of what is in the Ebay description is in the book.
