... Reports are saying a stolen Cirrus airplane was flown into the IRS building in Austin Texas. F-16 fighters were scrambled. The Cirrus is a small single engine plane that flies about 115 mph. The damage was incredible.

Maybe the IRS had a tax lein on the plane and he was just delivering it??
