Is there a de facto rule about using chip scans from other member websites, particularly the "commercial" sites?

I know Ricky (All-Chips), Archie Black, David (Marlow Chips), the Chip Rack & the Chip Guide have thousands of scans but do any have a policy about members using them on websites like Collection Library, the Chip Board, eBay?

Any information is appreciated.
