$1 CIC chips: ROT & LOT sad

Of the many CIC chips out there some have ROT and LOT variations. The $1 Slots-A-Fun (6 suits) is one example:

Right-On-Top (ROT) Variety

Left-On-Top (LOT) Variety

I've found only 1 variety of the following types. Does the other variety exist? Post images if you've found one. grin
