I was in Bills Lake Tahoe a year-and-a-half ago..if I remember correctly, wasn't the entire casino "non-smoking"? I thought that was an interesting idea.

I read that Horizon is in trouble as well. When we were there, Horizon was the busiest/loudest casino on a Saturday Night in June. They seemed busier than even Harveys and Harrahs.

Mont Bleu, on the other hand, had no vibe whatsoever, and was very quiet..reminded me of the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas..very nice place but DEAD..
