Can understand your frustration. Almost as bad as an eBay seller using poor packaging to send a chip that arrives broken then refusing to make good on the deal even after the chip and original packaging was sent back to him. Damn those postal stamp cancelling machines. Some day, those sellers will learn that taping a chip to a trifold 8 1/2 x 11 paper and putting it in a #11 envelop will not get to its destination intact. Good luck on getting your RR back,
