Warning others is certainly in order, but an act to
harm this person to a degree of planning and
expressing forethought sufficient to actually show
intent to harm is not justified.

If we, as a group and club, cannot inform as to how
safe shipping of chips should be done without
harming others while educating them, then we either
are not trying hard enough or we have failed as a
group. I should think this is a purpose of this BB,
to make aware and educate.
