If its the hotel I played at in West Yellowstone, MT, it was never illegal. I used to go fishing on the Madison River in the mid 70's and stay in West Yellowstone at the Wort Hotel. There was a game every night. Only one table and most of the time was pot limit. I should have saved some chips. Bob Ensley.
