So, I got back from Vegas the other night. I stayed Downtown at the 4-Queens (my fav hotel). As always I chose a room on the Fremont side, below the Experience (we like to watch the drunks).

It rained for most of the week I was there! As a matter of fact Vegas got it's heaviest rains in the past 40yrs!

We only ventured Up-Strip to see "Divas Las Vegas" at the Imperial Palace, and for me to visit the Flamingo. The Flamingo now has Pole Dancers! How tacky is that? To me, it degraded this fine casino. Bugsy would be horrified! Frank Marino and Divas, was awesome though!

I did most of my boozing at the 4-Queens' Video Poker. I've gotten pretty good. I played $20 for 2 and a 1/2 hrs, and many rum and cokes!

I also won a Silver Strike every morning for 8 days while I smoked a morning ciggy.

At Main Street Station, a TITO ATM shorted me $5. But because my Mom taught me how to hold money (she used to be Prime Rewards at El Dorado in Henderson), I was able to get it back from the "eye in the sky", after they reviewed it.

I had a great time! It was a nice 50th Birthday!
