I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed the change in Paulson's manufacturing process? I have noticed for the last few months now that they are apparently able to consistently line up the inserts with the inlay placement now.
Until recently, there was no correlation between the inlay design and the placement of the inserts, they could be anywhere. But lately I've noticed that they are all the same.
Here is an example of what I mean: If you have a chip with 3 blue inserts and you hold the chip upright with the inlay design at the top and the inserts are at the 2, 6 and 10 O'Clock positions, then every one of those chips will have the inserts in the same position relative to the inlay.
I don't know if I explained it well enough for anyone else to understand what I'm talking about, but it is definitely happening.
If you look at the Casino Aztar chip I've pictured below you will see what I mean. If you look through a stack of these you will find that every one of them will have the yellow insert at the bottom and the other two in the same positions also.
