In these days most collectors pretty much go off of Bill's guide book. If it is in there some collectors want the rotated strikes. If not in his book. They pass. I have quite a few rotated strikes and the only ones that have any real premium over face value are those in his book. Sad as I feel about that it is the way it is. Because I feel if if one rotated strike is in his book they all should be. Not my book so not my call. And yours is not in his book, yet anyhow.
