... Marv. Two of the 2x2 ziplock bags were placed in each of two smaller plain paper envelopes, then each of these were placed in a single regular business envelope. The chips were otherwise unrestrained and unprotected, no padding, no card stock, no "fragile" note or any other hint that the PO should treat the envelope with any particular care.
The address on the envelope was hand-written. I don't have it here with me, but as I recall, the return address was the same one I mailed the payment to (though it was a business name, not the individual seller's). The stamps were regular postage stamps (the kind you have to "lick & stick" <g>).
