And, as I've already said, the reason I chose to post negative feedback was not just the excessive cost, but the fact that the cost was not at all commensurate with the manner in which the material was packaged. I paid for filet mignon and got soy extender. so I don't feel bad about being "heartless".

And, frankly, I have serious doubts about the whole explanation that he uses some third party to store and package this stuff. Nothing about the package when it arrived indicated that it was done by anyone with special knowledge or technique in shipping.
