Michael,
>>>>>Payment within 10 days. Mastercard/Visa (via www.PayPal.com - get a $5 bonus just for registering); Money Order (available in most supermarkets for 25c); or Checks (10 days to clear). $5 shipping, non-combinable in US. Have fun bidding, Gene>>>>>.
I don't think that Jim so much feels cheated as having been had by the dealer who refused to combine the lots and lower the "final shipping fee". Although the seller did offer to reduce the fee to $3.50 on two of the lots so the fee's on each lot would all be $3.50 Jim refused that offer. Jim paid for 4 individual mailings and should have received EXACTY what he had paid for and the Seller described.
If you read the Seller's Payment description above he states, "NON-COMBINABLE IN U.S."
And yet he did just that! He combined the lots into one shipment!
It's still deceptive on the seller's part after having received the FULL "shipping" amount as described in the auction to combine all of the lots into one mailing, since full payment was made for all lots to be shipped individually. Which WAS appearently the final agreement and the Seller failed to keep that part of the contract.
BTW, the NEGATIVES anyone posts on E-bay are now listed as COMPLAINTS in the reading lines. Looks like E-bay is trying to tone things down abit.(although it still list as negatives in the point accumulations box)
