not mentioned it anywhere in your post. We did
have a very long thread regarding postal insurance
where the buyer admitted he failed to demand
insurance and lost out when the packet arrived less
the contents.

So, consider yourself very lucky to have at least
received the chips for your $17 postage. <g>
Otherwise, we would never know how this seller would
have treated this transaction if any portion of your
purchase was damaged or missing without insurance or liability being mentioned.

A NOTE TO ALL:

Always demand insurance if it's not previously
mentioned in a description, and do NOT assume it's
included in your shipping charge when dealing with
total strangers..
