I have been trying to contact Michael Knapp by e-mail for about a week, but without response. I am concerned that my messages have not made it to him or they have been sent to his junk mail folder.
Does anyone know if he has been away or otherwise unavailable? Is there an e-mail address I should try other than the address given on his last post and nicely pointed out to me by Reggie Gummer (chipprof)?
