I see 4Q is issuing a $20 chip. They had the $20 Bannana chip issued last year; do they actually play a game with these, or are they collector bait?

I'd like to trade for or buy a fresh new $20 and a $2.50 if someone comes up with extras. (I took the bait <g>).
