If you haven't been on a cruise in the past 20 or 25 years be aware that the boats have changed. They are now much bigger and have some type of stabilizer system. It doesn't mean that the boat won't rock and it doesn't mean that the weather will be good but you can have a bad vacation where ever you go. If you have a stressfull job and want to get away from everything for a while I would recommend a cruise. I know that the food and service is nothing less than superb.
