This Rio chip has nothing to do with any of this - Some people think it is obsolete and say that in their auctions - I just got 4 from the cage at the Rio on Sunday morning. You can too - because the guy came back with 8 or 9. I only wanted 2 but bought 4. I have 2 left for $7.50 delivered...
