Okay Guys,
I spoke to Paypal cutomer service and was told that if I have a private web site, such as DSL, which I have, then to use their logo, I have to sign up for the business Paypal account. However, if I take it off my web site and use the personal account, I can still use their logo in my auctions. This was determined by my usage. I may remove the logo from my web site, but maybe not until they "recommend" that I do.
