Check further. They say if you have the logo and take payments from a web site or an auction, you need to sign up for the Premier account. They are also going to have a system put in place to find out if you are actually using them for these purposes. And they do state that in all that fine print.
Make sure you read all that fine print before you sign up for that personal account.
