I was one of those people raving about Paypal. I think a lot of us are going to be changing our minds. If they started out charging like the other ones did, I wouldn't have signed up and wouldn't have felt cheated. They have 3 million people signed up. Let's see, if they use $10 out of each account to invest, it boggles the mind.
