I don't believe it's a flaw in logic, Archie. As I stated, the definition is arbitrary; mine has to be accepted by those involved for it to make sense. That would be true of anyone's definition. Until every chip dealer, and every eBay seller, understands and accepts one definition, the terminology will always be questioned. Which means never [g]!
