Nominations will be called for in the next issue of the club magazine. Ballots will be included in the January issue and ballots will be mailed to associate members. The terms run two years starting with the 2001 convention in June. All election proceedings are handled by an election committee headed by Gene Trimble. His committee will receive the nominations, contact those nominated to assure they wish to run, publish the ballots, receive and tabulate the ballots.
